I ordered an Edible Arrangement for a funeral and was very disappointed. The fruit was mushy, pastries were smashed, and the quality was nothing like what was advertised. When I tried to resolve the issue, the store manager was dismissive and rude. Despite asking me to send video evidence, he never reviewed it and still claimed he didn't "believe" the arrangement could be that bad. Never again. I paid for the large balloon bouquet with 2 ad-ons and same day delivery. The balloons weren't even filled all the way, not even 24 hours later in an air-conditioned room,the balloons are deflating. Save your money and order elsewhere.
Bryan and his team are of excellent service. I would recommend this store for excellent service friendly, and superb deliveries. Brian really helped me out and waited for the gift recipient to come home. As they were down the street. I really appreciate the service five stars from me. Thank you Bryan
1st there delivery time is all off. 2nd The products for the amount of money you pay are not worth it. Very unsatisfied. It's sad we can't have anything nice up here in the desert. Everything is so half ass .
