Place was closed when it was supposed to be open
Horrible customer service!! My order was never delivered. When I called I was on hold for an hour. Then I called on another phone the girl answered how can I help you? I told her did you forget about me? Can I speak to a manager? She was so rude and just placed me on another hold. The manager Justin was nice. However the girls working in the front are very rude and unprofessional.
Came in today to see if they had anything available for a quick pick up for a nice sweet treat for the wife and me for this evening, they did not, HOWEVER, Lyla said she could get something whipped up in 15 minutes so I ordered some drip cakes and chocolate covered strawberries. She had amazing customer service, super thoughtful, and even surprised me with making them super special and heartfelt. Thank you Lyla, you made our night!
