I honestly don’t know how this company gets away with advertising one thing and delivering something completely different. The arrangement we received looked nothing like the beautiful photos on the website. The flowers were different, the bouquet wasn’t even close to being as full, and it felt like a cheap substitute for what we actually paid for. To top it off, the order didn’t even arrive together. The delivery driver forgot the flowers, so the birthday surprise showed up in two separate deliveries. That completely ruined... read more
Overall good experience and my item was delicious! I was supposed to get delivery for Mother’s Day but missed the driver. They were obviously swamped when I went in to pick it up. There was a wait and some confusion but everyone was kind and helpful as could be. As well as working hard! Highly recommend. I got chocolate covered strawberries, pineapple, grapes and cheesecake!

Horrible customer service!! My order was never delivered. When I called I was on hold for an hour. Then I called on another phone the girl answered how can I help you? I told her did you forget about me? Can I speak to a manager? She was so rude and just placed me on another hold. The manager Justin was nice. However the girls working in the front are very rude and unprofessional.
