5/10/2026 - I just received a 6 piece dipped strawberry for mothers day. The strawberries smell rotten and they look horrible. Each little paper holder has a lot of red liquid from the strawberries. I also received a mini cheesecake with a piece of brown pineapple on top I called to speak to the manager for a refund to my daughter's credit card and the guy hung up. I ordered a small birthday treat extravaganza board , that was supposed to be on a board, it was delivered on a black plastic plate with a plastic lid. (It looks as though I bought it from a grocery store). Along with the order I also ordered a mini flower bouquet with a vase. The flowers were not received. The delivery was received before 1 PM, I called within 30 minutes to let them know that the flowers were not delivered. Someone was supposed to call me back and never returned my call. If I Could give them 0 stars, I def would. Do not use this company , yes company even corporate could not help with them double charging me for a birthday gift delivery and same day delivery which never came. I called next morning to this location and they said they were unable to deliver it and they don’t know why because the driver didn’t leave any notes. Horrible experience and my fam members gift was never delivered and company failed to correct their 2 mistakes, including corporate. Don’t waste your time
