Ordered at 9AM for “1-hour express delivery”—my order wasn’t even started two hours later. Tracker said “order received” the whole time. Called the store, and the guy said they prioritize businesses and schools over apartments. Picked it up myself, store was locked, order was late, balloons were missing, and the fruit was disgusting. Melted chocolate, white pineapple, no refund. $60 wasted. Never again. Read the reviews—this place is a joke.
