Visited on 05/16 for a dipped fruit cone, They were out of stock and asked to come next day noon. Visited next day noon and they had nothing. When asked they told they are busy with other stuff and did not make any. Useless location to walk in and purchase something.
I just want to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received from the Denton Texas store. He was very courteous, professional and quick to address my concern. It's nice to see there is still excellent customer service to be had. Thank you!
