I called an order in and was told it could be delivered at 5 PM, I was not told that delivery times are not guaranteed. The arrangement was delivered seven hours early. I do not recommend this store. They have poor customer service and follow up. Don’t waste your money, like I did $100 down the drain.

I placed an order for Valentines. I ordered a large arrangement, over $90 with chocolate covered strawberry with a drizzled design which is also an extra fee. The arrangement came small and no drizzled strawberries. When I called the store, they said my arrangement was the correct size. I told them it is too small on the amount of fruit and the strawberries are incorrect. They out me on hold multiple times and the manager never called me back. Poor customer service!

Josseline helped me and my coworkers pick out a birthday arrangement, she was so helpful. sweet and patient! And was very quick in creating our arrangement! When you come to this location ask for her !
