This edible arrangements gives the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I was supposed to be a recipient of an edible arrangement from my brother which was delivered to to wrong address. When calling the store to speak with management I was told by AROMY there was no one that could help me and the arrangement was delivered and that was that. Hours are not as listed. Unable to pick up my order of 4 fruit cups because they closed an hour earlier than is posted on the front door. Left a message that evening. No one called back. Called the next day and was told they close at 5, not 6 as posted. Called and told to come back another day. I’m still out my money and my attempt to go in to the store and get the order placed again were met with suspicion, rudeness and abysmal customer service.

I got it the day of Mother’s Day but the only issue is that after a day they don’t last long even after recovering it up and putting it in the fridge. It’s only good for the day you order it.They also need to work on better communication on the phone.

I called an order in and was told it could be delivered at 5 PM, I was not told that delivery times are not guaranteed. The arrangement was delivered seven hours early. I do not recommend this store. They have poor customer service and follow up. Don’t waste your money, like I did $100 down the drain.
