I ordered here for my mom's birthday. It was ok the red velvet cake was dry and the some of the fruits were unripe... I contacted customer service, however I haven't heard anything back and it's been since November...I ordered from here previously and it was great not sure what happened...
The delivery staff has gone out of their way to assist me on more than one occasion. Most recently, Amber was very helpful and communicative with a delivery. Thank you, all!
First time I been there. Nice staff very helpful and the delivery driver was nice and the arrangements looked good. I would order again.
The strawberries are not even half dipped in chocolate, there is someone’s hair in the arrangement and the cheesecakes were watery. The quality from this location at one time was great. I’m not sure what happened.
