My 1st time ordering from EA. I did it online and it was kind of a last minute decision so i was very nervous about the outcome, but boy oh boy did the staff handle everything well! Their communication was AWESOME & the timing was PERFECT! Spoke with 2 ladies during the process and Donna was one of them🌹 I will DEFINITELY be using them again and referral ~
The quality of the fruit arrangement was great. However, communication could be improved. I would have appreciated more timely updates regarding the order and delivery status. I tried contacting the store by phone and email and never heard anything back. Also, the app tracking was not accurate. My arrangement was also left in the hallway at work with no update which was not appreciated. For these reasons, I will not be in a hurry to re order from this company again.
i can't say enough how accommodating the manger was - we had an issue thru a third party delivery services. and the manger personally took care of the issue she will go above and beyond to have make it right can't thank her and her husband enough !! highly recommended!!!
