No wonder this store has 4 stars. Completely ruined Valentine’s Day by sending the absolute worst presentation of strawberries I have ever seen from Edible. Not to mention they forgot my balloons and had to redeliver. The manager laughed off my concerns and offered $10!! Tacky, tasteless and unprofessional. They ought to be ashamed and I have reached out to corporate! Update: Corporate refunded us! They were extremely professional. I never want anything from this specific location again.
Shameful reckless and disrespectful if I can describe this disgrace of a location I was appalled to see my sister Valentine’s Day order ladies and gentlemen if you are ever in the mood for chocolate covered trees this is your store
Terrible experience. Just absolutely terrible. I understand that everybody is busy around the holidays. I truly understand that, but when I placed an order ahead of time to ensure delivery for my wife, with multiple store associates saying that “your order will get delivered on time, don’t worry.” And then get told that my order got “forgot about”, that is not great. Christine (one of the managers I believe) is very customer-friendly individual. She's professional and relational. Good service by the other team members I've also met.
