Very friendly and helpful. I have never gone to any edible arrangement place before but I did try to call two other locations looking for an last minute arrangements. This place answer the phone almost immediately which was nice and help me but my order in over the phone. I was lucky because they had it done in a few hours. The chocolate lover board was cute and everything tasted great. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back.

Absolutely no call for putting someones expensive arrangement on the Ground outside the recipient door.. then to have someone offer to refund the shipping cost when I call in, and wanted to speak to an supervisor and wasn't even told I could, or to call back... When in my book, I should have gotten a full refund, or even offered to re pick it up, and send out another.. totally unacceptable.. sad that I spent my money on something that, I would have liked delivered to the recipient, not left on the wet nasty ground.
