We received an arrangement as a thank you. Included on it was unripened mango - it was completely inedible. When I called the store I was told they have no control over what their vendor sends them - they have to use it. The woman seemed completely aware that the mango was not ripe and said there was basically nothing she could do. The base price of the arrangement was $87 so with delivery, etc. I'm sure over $100 and we have to throw away about 11 skewers of unripe mango.
first and last time i’ll ever order edible arrangements :( they charged me 14.99 for one hour delivery and they did not honor that… when i called the store i was told there was no indication that the order was a one hour delivery and that maybe for whatever reason i didn’t qualify for it. when i purchased it online, it did not tell me i wasn’t eligible, it fully charged me for 1 hour delivery, whereas same day delivery was 9.99. i specifically chose my order because it said one hour delivery eligible and i chose the more exp... read more
My sister placed an order for our mother for Mother’s Day to be delivered to her work. She works at a hospital. The delivery was to be delivered by 5pm. It’s now 830pm and the delivery is just got marked “delivery attempted”. The delivery instructions clearly stated “please go to Emergency Room valet parking and leave with police inside”. My sister wasn’t even contacted by the delivery driver. We spent over $100 for no delivery. Extremely upsetting.
Feels like its only a matter of time before edible arrangements closes all their locations. Everything is over priced and doesn't even taste fresh. A small order placed the night before with pickup the next day mid morning was not ready when I got there and then the presentation just seemed rushed and mediocre after they put it together. The store didn't seem very clean either. Even though they're my sisters favorite and I ordered as a gift I dont think ill be ordering again.
They loved the arrangement and the person helping me pick up was so friendly and made sure I had everything with my order.
