My chocolate covered strawberries was so good
Terrible customer service. Worker was too busy worrying about closing in 15 mins to take my order. Smh get better workers

Never received order. Customer service is horrible got hung up on after the 5th call. I placed my order at 10:30am and took them the entire day on valentine day to drop off a delivery that was never delivered. I advise everyone to shop only with edible arrangement Grosse pointe. Well took care of, and customer service is A1 has fast deliveries.
Disappointed. I ordered a gift basket that included the salt and pepper cashews as an add on. They delivered candied pecans to the recipient instead of cashews without communicating that to me. The recipient is diabetic and can’t eat candied pecans. I called the store and they said they swapped it because they don’t carry cashews in store. I wish they would’ve at least called and let me know that. The lady on the phone seemed annoyed that I bothered to call her and didn’t offer anything to make it right. Just disappointed.
