Friend sent $90 edible arrangement as a surprise. My son went out to get mail at 3:30pm when he found arrangement sitting on porch in hot sun. I immediately called Warren, MI location where it came from letting them know that no one rang doorbell or knocked. She stated that it was delivered by Uber and it is their policy just to leave and take picture. She stated that it was delivered at 11:30ish. It was out in 87 degree heat. Last Saturday, I had a frustrating experience trying to order from Edible Arrangements. Multiple calls to their Plymouth and Berkley locations went unanswered. However, the Warren location at 12 mile was a pleasant surprise; they provided excellent customer service by promptly answering the phone and assisting me with my order.
My daughter purchased flowers for Mother's Day and had them delivered. So, you paid a pretty penny for delivery of dead flowers. They arrived Sunday afternoon, petals already falling, leaves dried and turned, missing flower heads. By Monday, they looked as though I've had them a week. This photo is Tuesday. She's a sweetheart and I'm upset by this.
I’ve never had a problem with ordering from edible arrangements so I placed a order for a Mother’s Day bundle that came with a strawberry and pineapple platter and flowers with a vase it arrived on Mother’s Day my kids mother so super excited the delivery driver was super nice upon opening up the flowers we discovered this flowers were dying
