UPDATE: RUN! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. The Manager Valerie rather argue with you about how she is “right” than try to work out a solution. My Delivery instructions were ignored! I called two days before and asked if they could deliver after 2pm since my husband was not at work until then, they said that was fine as long as I put it in the delivery instructions. Save yourself the headache. Store does not answer phones and Valerie the “manager” is beyond rude. Instructions were not followed even with follow up calls to remind them. Horrible customer service, find somewhere else. If they can’t even answer the phone after numerous calls, cleaning is probably ignored too.
Very friendly and helpful. I'm very picky when I send flowers to my girlfriend and these were fresh and looked great. The whole order was perfect! The gentleman that delivered my order my girlfriend said was very nice. Thank you.
