i was very impressed about the customer service. My order had a balloon that popped on the way over to the delivery address. so the next day they sent over a new balloon and strawberries. That was really nice and i would definitely recommend them. My mom and dad loved everything!
UPDATE: RUN! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. The Manager Valerie rather argue with you about how she is “right” than try to work out a solution. My Delivery instructions were ignored! I called two days before and asked if they could deliver after 2pm since my husband was not at work until then, they said that was fine as long as I put it in the delivery instructions. Save yourself the headache. Store does not answer phones and Valerie the “manager” is beyond rude. Instructions were not followed even with follow up calls to remind them. Horrible customer service, find somewhere else. If they can’t even answer the phone after numerous calls, cleaning is probably ignored too.
