Do not order from the store!!! I repeat do not order from the store. I placed an order two years ago and they never delivered. My daughter placed another order today for my birthday, and again they never delivered it to me. My poor daughter kept asking me all day if I got a delivery and I kept saying no. How disappointing for her that she wanted to surprise me and they failed again. Just do not order from the store. Very very poorly managed. Not sure how they can survive.
i was very impressed about the customer service. My order had a balloon that popped on the way over to the delivery address. so the next day they sent over a new balloon and strawberries. That was really nice and i would definitely recommend them. My mom and dad loved everything!
UPDATE: RUN! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. The Manager Valerie rather argue with you about how she is “right” than try to work out a solution. My Delivery instructions were ignored! I called two days before and asked if they could deliver after 2pm since my husband was not at work until then, they said that was fine as long as I put it in the delivery instructions.
