What a disappointment. I’ve bought from Edible Arrangements a few times before and always enjoyed their products, but this time the quality was unacceptable. I ordered a cheesecake and fruit platter to surprise my wife for our anniversary.There was barely any fruit included, and the fruit we did get was old, wrinkled, and soggy. You expect premium quality for these prices, but they completely let us down on a special day.
I ordered the Edible Deluxe board for our daughter in laws birthday and they were so happy with it! They said this was one of the nicest delivered arrangements they have received. Great job to this location and to Erica the driver who took the care to get it where it needed to go!
I placed an order for flowers ($69.99) and strawberries ($49.99), I paid ($17.99) for delivery . The strawberries were delivered but not the flowers. I called the store and spoke to Maria. Maria told me that they were busy with over 400 orders and that it wasn't their fault, it was the carriers fault and that she could send the flowers next week.
