I would give ZERO stars. I ordered several things for Valentines day. When they were delivered, the balloon I paid for was not the one I got. There were other items missing from the order as well. I placed an order for the breathtaking botanical flowers for my girlfriends birthday on Valentine's day 10 days in advance just for me to have to track it down. After no luck from customer service she decided to go next door to see,and there it was!! She then opened it up to find the vase was was shattered and the flowers were wilted and damaged!!!!so I contacted them back just for them to tell me that it was fed ex fault. Husband ordered over $184 in product for Valentine’s Day for me. The delivery guy delivered some of the items but not all. When hubby called in to ask about the strawberry arrangement, he got hung up on 3x. Called in multiple times, taking up an hour of his time. Finally someone told him that if he wanted the items today he had to go pick them up himself. Very rude. Not for the LS location- ordered online.
*I see where the owner replied to this a year ago and it still hasn't been updated that the store Blue springs area location is permanently closed* Google really does need appropriate staff to update locations. Groupon is affected by this as well, I bought something from Groupon that show that a location was open and I drove a very far distance to find out that that location was permanently closed as well. A lot of people rely on Google and it's a shame that businesses are getting lazier with your"business" professionalism.
