I received a delivery for my birthday. The cupcakes were beautiful and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. The young man that delivered was very friendly and polite. Thank you!
The platter was a mess. The fruit looked thrown on the platter. The “mom” was burried under the fruit, and the desserts looked played with. Some of the fruit looked old. The last picture is what it was supposed to look like. I tried calling the store but got no answer. I've purchased multiple edible arrangements without issues, but never from this store. I don’t recommend anyone else wasting their time or money at this location.
I called the edible arrangements this morning at 10:20. A lady answered. I simply asked her if the manager was available, she stated the manager was not in. I asked when the manager would be in and what her name was, which they employee stated I can’t give out personal information and hung up on me.
