Nasty !!! Trust me I worked there. mice running around. Food dropped on floor and reused. The owner doesn't recognize her employees for the hard work. Tammy is a slave driver and clearly dose not care for her employees .
Placed an online order on a Monday to be delivered on a Friday. I was never notified or reached out by the store to specify that they did not deliver to that sector of the city. Upon calling the store to check if the order had been delivered I was told that piece of information. When I was asked for the order to be canceled, the women I was speaking with had a terrible attitude and hung up the phone once taking my card number to issue a refund. This location is a dump . Homeless everywhere. Feels like walking into a basement . They are closing down for good . I ordered choc covered strawberries yesterday from them and they were mushy + spoiled . I called + they could care less . $40 wasted . No surprise they're closing etc
Ordered a dozen strawberries and flower bouquet for my mothers birthday. Spent an extra $24 to have it shipped to arrive on her birthday. Not only did the order not arrive on time, but only the strawberries showed up. I paid $117 to have half the order show the day after it was supposed to arrive. Extremely disappointed and will not be using Edible to send gifts.
Just called and they couldn’t help because they just opened and their computer is not up and running yet. That’s very alarming. They still could have taken my information on what I wanted and rang it through later.
