I ordered an arrangement for Easter to be delivered on 4/16. Got security video of the arrangement being dropped at the front door. Spilled half of it on the ground and left it. Got an email saying the delivery was successful. The delivery person just left the mess and said nothing. I called the shop on Monday and spoke to Kelsy. She said she is the manager and offered to deliver another arrangement but I just wanted my $70 refunded which they did.
