Ordered a balloon arragement for my 10 year old for her birthday and I absolutely love the fact that not only was it $70, they brought us the number 21. Stupid mistakes and careless. I went back to look at my order and it very clearly says "1 AND 0". Thanks for ruining her suprise.
They deliver your packages and dont even ring the doorbell to let you know it’s there
I ordered flowers and a box of brownies from this business as a surprise for my wife, and it turned into a complete disaster. When the delivery arrived, I found mold on the wooden stick that came with the flowers. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the flowers and food are handled together.
