I ordered three large fruit basket to be delivered the next day, from 3 different stores to 3 different locations. The other 2 stores made the deliveries before noon the next day. I clearly requested that the basket be delivered before 1:30 mas there was a funeral service at 1:30 and the reception to follow. The basket never made it to the event. Truly bad customer service – Do not order from this outfit. They refuse to guarantee delivery! "Corporate policy," they said, "if it doesn't arrive on time, people want their money back." No kidding, of course we do! If we're going to spend this kind of money, the arrangement had better show up on time. I had the worst customer service experience of my life with these folks.
