Please don’t go here. Just make your own! I walked in to order and the lady wasn’t even kind. She seemed stressed more than anything and annoyed I was there. She couldn’t even tell me what came in the packages or what modifications I could make. She just showed me what I had already looked at online when I came to ask questions specifically since it wasn’t clear online. This location doesn’t really care about the customers let along the service. I placed a pickup for curb side once I arrived I called to let them know I was outside. The inconsiderate customer service here instructed me that I had to come in. I had an infant with me so I didn’t choose pick up on the inside bc of that. Don’t offer curb side if it’s not going to be curb side. That’s FALSE Advertisement. Nobody offered to help so I had a edible arrangement and trying to hold an infant.. I will not be ordering from here again.
I am so disappointed I received a MOTHER'S DAY gift from my son and it was not what the picture displayed. It was 30 plus strawberries and I got 23 and they were sitting in water. Each strawberry was wet when you picked it up. My grapes have water sitting on and beneath them. I want my son to get his money back or correct this order. I've consumed one strawberry and one (M) which is a pineapple

I placed an order online for an arrangement that was advertised as eligible for 1-hour delivery. However, when I called the store to confirm, I was told I didn’t qualify because I placed the order before the store opened. Nowhere on the website does it say that 1-hour delivery only applies if the order is placed during business hours — that’s important information and should be clearly stated in the product description or at checkout.
