I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Edible Arrangements – 871 location. I placed an order on February 11 for delivery on February 13 for a meaningful and time-sensitive occasion. On the evening of February 13, I received a notification that the order had been delivered at 10:33 PM. However, nothing was delivered, and no photo proof was provided. the staff, and customer service team are absolutely amazing and so easy to work with! when my arrangement arrived it was not only fresh, but breathtaking work. Don’t listen to the negativity, this business is outstanding!!
They are CROOKS at this point. They're lying about deliveries and refusing to refuse or even work with people. They USED to be the go to for birthday days and special occasions, but BUYER BEWARE... They will promise a delivery then, when then delivery can't happen, they will refuse to provide any other options except for pickup. Pickup? Please don’t go here. Just make your own! I walked in to order and the lady wasn’t even kind. She seemed stressed more than anything and annoyed I was there. She couldn’t even tell me what came in the packages or what modifications I could make. She just showed me what I had already looked at online when I came to ask questions specifically since it wasn’t clear online. This location doesn’t really care about the customers let along the service. I placed a pickup for curb side once I arrived I called to let them know I was outside. The inconsiderate customer service here instructed me that I had to come in. I had an infant with me so I didn’t choose pick up on the inside bc of that. Don’t offer curb side if it’s not going to be curb side. That’s FALSE Advertisement. Nobody offered to help so I had a edible arrangement and trying to hold an infant.. I will not be ordering from here again.
