Misdelivered my mom's wedding gift and put a happy birthday balloon on it .. incompetence. Asked for refund four days ago. No response from business. Going to other sites to review each day that passes. Day one today. Enjoy xoxo
Excellent customer service. My mother’s retirement was supposed to be tomorrow, and I had ordered a large chocolate lovers arrangement to be delivered to her office for the occasion. When my mother was given the day off work tomorrow, I called Edible Arrangements to ask if they could either deliver the order today or change the delivery address to her house. This is like my 3rd time ordering from this location in the past 3 months my order either has been wrong or the arrangement has not been filled. Looks nothing like the picture as the service from edible arrangements has tremendously gone down. See picture below as this is unacceptable & it’s more grass than fruit. I’ve been ordering from them for years and the change in presentation & execution is terrible. This definitely does not equate to the price and I am highly disappointed. Do better!

I am extremely frustrated with the service and hidden fees from Edible Arrangements. I placed an order for same-day delivery to a local business. Their website explicitly guarantees that business deliveries arrive before 5:00 PM. This turned out to be completely false.After my order failed to arrive, I found out their actual company drivers leave for the day by 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM.
