I purchased a “get well” package that cost $114 for my mother, same day delivery. I had misspelled something on the note so I called the store to correct it and was asked for my order number 5 different times. Mind you, as someone who works in customer service on the phone, I was stating the number slow paced to begin with. The girl didn’t sound like she knew what she was doing. I ordered online to pick up an arrangement in the store. I get there to pick up at the correct pickup time and the store is not even open....they were supposed to be. Seems like they just make up their own hours and do not follow through on orders even though I had alteady paid
