Not impressed with management at this facility, which has turned over frequently. Have spent more time discussing their personal credentials versus discussing the care my loved one was getting. Asked for a care conference, information was from months previous, not current, spent more time defending why I wanted the care conference versus actually getting information from them. I would Not recommend this place to anyone. They Don’t care about the residents, my loved one ended up in the hospital due to their neglect and has continued go downhill due to Their Negligence. The turn over rate is high as the head people don’t give a damn about their residents or workers. Very sad!!! Update: Rod passed on. Everything went downhill after he was in their care.
Tender loving individual care by a trained, professional staff. Cozy, home-like setting. Peaceful and pleasant. Very glad to have my loved one there.
