There are some outstanding CNA's working at this facility. The activities Director is amazing. Other than that, it's a buddy pal/friendship administration. If you report an incident it is swept under the rug. The Administrator defends and upholds the foolery. I can't afford to quit my job so I have to just see about him as best I can. I just pray and trust God.
Felicia in the cafeteria was very pleasant and helpful, and the food was decent most of the time. I also wanted to mention some of the nurses and aides and therapists who took care of me. I don’t remember everyone but Erika, Kia, especially. They were all kind to me. I was in very much pain. Thanks also to Bertha who took care of my husband when he was here.
Very friendly atmosphere, very clean, very busy place.
Beautiful facility but the staff is trash. They do not treat patients fairly and should be looked into.
