I have my family's bikes serviced here and always get excellent service with a good turn around time. Glad we have this in Edgewood Cycle in our area!
I purchased a bike from Vince a while back after he talked it up and raved about how great the components were. Not long after, things quickly started falling apart and I learned how untrue many of his comments about it were. After realizing he just wanted to make a quick sale, I sold it for well under half of what I paid. Great bikes but better service. Vince will take care of you and has better prices on maintenance than some of the other bike shops around. Worth the drive from Trussville.
Bought a tube that popped the first day and went back to exchange it. The man wouldn't even look up from what he was doing to tell me that I was just out of luck. I told him I would just go somewhere else and all he said was, "Good". Very disappointing customer service.
