Edgewood Cedar View presents itself as a resident-oriented facility, claiming to prioritize each resident’s comfort and dignity. Sadly, this hasn’t been my family’s experience. The management team is often unavailable, and the staff's responses to family requests have been disappointing. For instance, it’s routine for residents to be in bed by 6 PM several nights a week, regardless of individual preferences, and laundry is only done once a week, leaving some residents without clean clothes.
