I have been buying from Edgewater Home Furnishings for the last 10 years--both for my office as well as my home. I would never buy anywhere else, they are simply the best and the store is so beautiful, I'm afraid to go back at times because I always find yet "one more thing" that is just the right piece to add to my home. I purchased a $1000.00 mattress with a 10 year warranty. They make you buy a$100.00 mattress protector for the warranty. Less than one year later the mattress is obviously a faulty product. Sent them all the warranty info back in October...five months later still dealing with horrible sleeps on a piece of garbage. Manufacturer says they have dealt with the store and Edgewater says dealing with the manufacturer. Their warranties are a JOKE, buy from somewhere else.

Stay away from Edgewater Furniture if you want customer service and quality furniture. I purchased over $4000 worth of living room furniture a little over 3 years ago and one of the items was a $900 chair and ottoman which I upgraded the fabric on. The fabric has since worn, stretched, tore, and faded even though this chair has received little use and is in a room with little natural light.
