My attempted recruiting experience was poor. I spent a considerable time conveying my qualifications in multiple phone interviews. I was given an offer with great enthusiasm by the company until I revealed my ethnic background. The very next email I received was that my offer would not move forward. I felt discriminated against. Unfortunate in this day and time.

Overall great company to work for. Small company, so sometimes not a lot of options if your co tract ends to roll over to another project.
