The incompetency of this office is hard to believe. I'm guessing they're waiting for "Answering the phone" training, as they never seem to answer. On a weekday at 2:30PM. I feel like I woke up in Mayberry. Floyd must have offered free haircuts and everyone working there is in line for a cut....
I have literally never had such a wonderful experience at any government office. Been dealing with an ongoing issue with the DMV and property tax and I called Leslie she said come on in and we will figure it out. She went above and beyond before I even got there. Less than five minutes in and out. Guess everything’s better in Edgefield!
