Shocking customer service. Staff are rude. Was overcharged and then took days for the refund. Wouldn’t go back - such a shame because they have a great range of tiles but I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Good experience in tile selection. Originally thought had been fobbed off re broken tiles but were waiting on a shipment to arrive. These were organised once shipment arrived. Had over estimated in tiles and were happy to accept and refund.
