I am incredibly grateful to the Edge team for help with back pain that was dramatically altering my daily life. After limited success with other physical therapy programs I decided to try Edge PT before I had a scheduled spinal injection. Very engaged and individualized care! I am learning what and how things work and the why behind the exercises etc — Great care and amazing atmosphere educational— it’s been greatly helpful so far and I already see improvement! I recently was able to complete a running assessment that was offered by Edge. As a beginner it was important to me to have a good knowledge base of my ability, any strength deficiencies and proper guidance to decrease the risk of injury.
