Such a great experience finding snowboard boots. Rich was helpful, knowledgeable and they had a great range. Will be back next time I’m in Fernie!
Absolutely amazing service! The team was incredibly friendly and patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on — fitting new boots for my dad and adjusting mine. They adjusted my boots multiple times to get the fit perfect, even though I bought them elsewhere, and took the time to educate my dad on how his new boots should feel and fit. The most genuine and helpful team you could ask for in a snowboard store. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I wanted to give a big shoutout to Rich for the help. I ordered a snowboard from Edge of the World all the way from Ontario, and the experience was solid from start to finish. Before shipping, they flagged a tiny cosmetic scratch and sent photos right away. Most companies ship first and deal with complaints later. They did the opposite. Full transparency upfront.
