Really bad service and website… My husband and I have been looking for a lounge set and went in to look at what was on offer, hoping to support a local business. The saleswoman was very unhelpful. Kept following us around asking if we needed anything, and when we asked for help just dismissed our questions and walked away, only to come back five mins later and do the same thing. Huge store, good variety!
Lady at the front desk today on 24/10/2025 was just not understanding of young children and parents visiting stores. My child sat on couch and had his shoes on she asked him to take off which he did He stood up and wanted to play and she kept eye bowling him with this awful attitude that people have no respect towards little people.
