Buyer Beware. Like Rod Watson said, once the sale is done and they have your money, expect to be ghosted, and no further contact. I purchased couches worth $5000 and have had no reply to numerous requests for information on the warranty and on the cleaning procedures. During the buying process, I visited the store several times to look at different options, and mentioned the cleaning of these couches, but received no information about the cleaning. I couldn't rate the service at Edge any higher, even before we chose what we wanted. We decided on a buffet, dining table and wall unit. Information and transaction was efficient and friendly. The goods came in four days. It turned out I didn't like one of the pieces. Rang the shop while deliverers were here, they said to get the deliverers to return and they would bring me another piece that afternoon. Can't ask for better than that! Delivery guys were also efficient, knew what they were doing and very polite too.

Every single time we visit this store the customer service is non existent. No hello, no how are you doing, NOTHING. We had a list of things we wanted to order, totally over $14,000 to furnish our home and really loved this furniture but we took our money elsewhere as the old man and lady couldn’t even say hello or help us. This isn’t just on one occasion, but every single occasion. It’s just disgusting and I wish they’d pull her their heads in. Everyone else has the same experience.
