Cares nothing about the staff as they are forced to endure the abuse from the students. JCCA covers up many violent/unsafe incidents regarding students and workers, ignores any complaints from their staff, and allows children to have drugs, and alcohol, and act extremely erratic without any repercussions whatsoever.
I was there ten years ago for four years ago and I have to say minus a few staff that were nice its absolutely horrible place
