Apple Pay on NYC metro works about 75% of the time. The rest of the time you get charged despite your card being rejected. Pathetic technology. Would recommend not using commuter benefits if Edenred is your provider.
There is no option to give less than one star. I got connected with Angela twice today out of I believe the Waltham, MA office. The first call she struggle to get my name and didn’t properly look up my information before telling me I did not have an account and rudely spoke to me as if I was lying about the service I needed. This company has the worst customer service. Though they provide a 800 number, you will have to stay on the phone for hours to get someone and when you do, they have no answers. I have been on the phone, cumulatively, over 10 hours to speak to someone regarding my card that keeps getting declined when I try to purchase my monthly commuter pass, even though my account is fully funded. In that time, it took me hours to speak to someone; I was only able to speak to two people for less than five minutes each in all of that waste... read more
After sending all of us a million emails for the last few months telling us they would mail out debit cards by the end of June to replace the Annual Transit Cards, I still haven't received one, and my transit card no longer works. I reached out to them over email and didn't get an answer, so I called them, and after spending an hour on hold some rude guy informed me that my card got "stuck in their system", a new card will take several weeks to arrive, and they won't reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses incurred betwee... read more
COMPLETELY NONFUNCTIONAL. BEEN PAYING OUT OF MY OWN POCKET FOR MONTHS BECAUSE NO ONE EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER EMAILS YOU BACK, PICKS UP THE PHONE, OR RESPONDS TO CUSTOMERS AT ANY TIME. EVER. FINALLY THEY SENT A PREPAID CARD FOR COMMUNTER BENEFIT THAT I ALREADY PAY FOR, BUT SURPRISE!!! IT'S A CANCELLED CARD WHICH I CANT ACTIVATE. THIS USELESS, INVISIBLE COMPANY NEEDS TO CLOSE- NOW.
