0 stars. EDENRED takes the money from my paycheck and my card has not worked since October 2025. I hav e received emails stating that I am over the amount allowed for the card, but they still keep taking the money out every pay period. I called Edenred two weeks only to be told that the card is compatible with the MTA OMNY card system and machines. It is not. I called two weeks ago I was told a replacement card would be sent to me and it has not yet arrived. I am on the phone now waiting for someone to get information of why... read more
Awful company with terrible policies and useless customer service
Apple Pay on NYC metro works about 75% of the time. The rest of the time you get charged despite your card being rejected. Pathetic technology. Would recommend not using commuter benefits if Edenred is your provider.
