0 stars. EDENRED takes the money from my paycheck and my card has not worked since October 2025. I hav e received emails stating that I am over the amount allowed for the card, but they still keep taking the money out every pay period. I called Edenred two weeks only to be told that the card is compatible with the MTA OMNY card system and machines. It is not. Awful company with terrible policies and useless customer service
Apple Pay on NYC metro works about 75% of the time. The rest of the time you get charged despite your card being rejected. Pathetic technology. Would recommend not using commuter benefits if Edenred is your provider.
There is no option to give less than one star. I got connected with Angela twice today out of I believe the Waltham, MA office. The first call she struggle to get my name and didn’t properly look up my information before telling me I did not have an account and rudely spoke to me as if I was lying about the service I needed. I’ve been trying to get a refund since May 15th. I connected with the parking company and received more information.
