My grandma was there she was happy with the facility and staff but she used to complaint about Shu "the manager in Edenfield". She's rude and angry all the time the way she treat her own staff is very bad, poor souls working there i pray for them and the residents. Ramsay is otherwise very good facility i'd recommend but only if the higher ups could talk some sense into her i bet other residents too must have had some bad experience with her.
