Eden Vista Prospect Heights provides top-notch, incredible care for its residents -- for both the body and the mind. I am beyond thankful we chose Eden Vista for my mom. She was there almost two months participating in rehabilitation and skilled nursing unit. I visited quite often, multiple times per day, and always felt welcomed by all staff. Terrific folks to deal with very caring.
My mother is a resident here. Today she had a meeting with a psychiatric nurse. The nurse said she was competent and able to make her own decisions. She submitted a report saying the same. I was there at the end of the meeting. 3 hours later the director of the whole place, Jack Kropp, called me and said IF I REMOVED MY MOTHER FROM THEIR FACILITY, I WOULD BE ARRESTED. An update to my last review as my sister has now been living there for 6 weeks. The care and support at Eden Vista by ALL who work there is outstanding. From Jack, the ED and his leadership team of Jacqueline, Pauline, Orlando, Bjorn Robin , Ben Victoria, and all others Is the best hand on support I could ever hope for.
