Eden Vista is a wonderful place. I recommended a family to skilled and Eden Vista did an amazing job. The care and therapy helped but a smile back on their face! Thank you again for all you have done!
Terrific folks to deal with very caring.
My mother is a resident here. Today she had a meeting with a psychiatric nurse. The nurse said she was competent and able to make her own decisions. She submitted a report saying the same. I was there at the end of the meeting. 3 hours later the director of the whole place, Jack Kropp, called me and said IF I REMOVED MY MOTHER FROM THEIR FACILITY, I WOULD BE ARRESTED. An update to my last review as my sister has now been living there for 6 weeks. The care and support at Eden Vista by ALL who work there is outstanding. From Jack, the ED and his leadership team of Jacqueline, Pauline, Orlando, Bjorn Robin , Ben Victoria, and all others Is the best hand on support I could ever hope for. The CNA, nurses, housekeepers, kitchen staff, activities teams are top notch! Mary at the front desk sets the tone when you walk in the door for an upbeat and positive energy!
