I would never recommend this facility! My father was there for 6 weeks, never received his proper cpap machine, he was released from the hospital on a very strict sodium diet, after many many meetings, arguments, even writing it down on paper....he never received not 1 sodium restricted meal, he barely progressed in PT, they basically told us that's the best he'll ever be and may want to think of putting him in a nursing home, after bringing him home for 1 week with in home therapy he is so much better! I visited today and toured with Renee and Pam. This is a warm, welcoming community. I had the privilege to meet many team members who have been there for a long time! Residents were happy, welcoming and obviously cared for. It was lunch time and the food looked delicious.
A member of my congregation was in this facility for 1-week and made a rapid decline. Their evaluation of her cognitive and physical condition had a validity to it. She had entered this facility after having been in another facility (a great one) for 3-weeks where she was doing excellent with physical and occupational therapy....
