I have been using Eden Tax Services for over 10 yrs. They are very professional and know all the rules and regulations as required. Tien Le is the Manager and very knowledgeable in all aspects of her profession duties. Doing the right thing and getting back less money from the refund is much better than getting big refund and facing with an IRS audit.
Absolutely terrible. IF YOU HAVE A LARGE AMOUNT OF REFUND OR CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Did not file my tax on time after recieving payment and providing additional information. Refuses to respond to follow-up emails after inquiring about unprocessed tax. Tax was filed more than a month ago and never received refund. Only found out my tax wasn't filed after I checked the IRS website. Unprofessional
I worked with Tien at Eden Professional Services LLC for 4 years for bookkeeping and billing. The service was never great to begin with, but after I sold my business in Feb 2025, I stopped using her. Now, over a year later, I’ve been trying to get my final two months of 2025 bookkeeping and payroll records. I’ve had to follow up daily, and either get no response or “I’ll do it later.” This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I don’t recommend her—take your business somewhere more reliable.
I noticed the office is quite smaal and very busy, but the staff never lose their patience, they always nice and professional, you can tell they care about their clints
