Called this business to inquire about publishing a book of local a school children’s art. An older man, what sounded like the owner of the business, because it is not an 800 number, rather a personal celphone number, answered, and before I could finish, he rudely cut me off saying “this is a publishing business, we are not concerned with children or schools.“ If he had listened, I wanted to pay for his services to publish a book. It’s really a shame, the ignorance of our world today.
Super company to work with I just ordered from them and they were attentive and sent me exactly what I needed. Ordered previously and had zero problems then as well!
