Very delayed review, but my grandma was at Eden for the last few years of her life. Like others, we heard bad things about Eden, but they were so not true. The staff here were amazing with grandma, they loved her and told us so many times. Yes it is basic, but very clean, and again, the staff, they were so kind and loving and hard working! I just want to thank you all again for the amazing work you do.

What happened to my mom? My mom would call me 3-4 times a day. After not hearing from mom for one day I called her several times, no answer. The next day I called her again several times. No answer. Concerning. Called nursing station, nurse reported and stated that my mom was good, no issues. I asked staff to check her phone and ensure it was charged and working. Informed that her phone was charged and working. After the third day I called the nursing station and asked the nurse if she could have someone help my mom call me.... read more

Kind and compassionate staff and administrators. A difficult time made tolerable with excellent communication. The facility is always clean and the residents well cared for. I appreciate the care that my husband received.

My step-dad has been in Eden Care since February 2024. We were skeptical at first and planned to move him. We were soon pleasantly surprised. It is well maintained and always clean every time we visit, which is usually once or twice a week. The staff ,who do a tough job, are always friendly and helpful. Any issue or request we have had is dealt with promptly. My step dad considers the staff his family and is happy with the meals and care he receives.
