What happened to my mom? My mom would call me 3-4 times a day. After not hearing from mom for one day I called her several times, no answer. The next day I called her again several times. No answer. Concerning. Called nursing station, nurse reported and stated that my mom was good, no issues. I asked staff to check her phone and ensure it was charged and working. Kind and compassionate staff and administrators. A difficult time made tolerable with excellent communication. The facility is always clean and the residents well cared for. I appreciate the care that my husband received.
My step-dad has been in Eden Care since February 2024. We were skeptical at first and planned to move him. We were soon pleasantly surprised. It is well maintained and always clean every time we visit, which is usually once or twice a week. The staff ,who do a tough job, are always friendly and helpful. Any issue or request we have had is dealt with promptly. My step dad considers the staff his family and is happy with the meals and care he receives. We highly recommend Eden! My mom has resided at Eden for 2.4 years and has received wonderful care and attention. At almost 93, she often relates how well she is treated and is content! Management and all the staff have a genuine concern for residents and express caring and kindness everyday. I am always greeted when visiting and feel thankful upon leaving, knowing mom is well cared for. Thanks to all of you for making Eden feel like home to so many!
Dreadful Admin staff given to gaslighting, cooks that can't cook, inedible food that is highly spiced, heavy on cheap filler starches and sugar, regularly understaffed (not short staffed--UNDER staffed), and the care staff, who ARE good, are run off their feet and taking a lot of stress leave.
