I was there in June and the stuff is extremely rude. You cannot ask a simple question because they treat you like you are a piece of garbage. Especially the lady in charge of ICE detainees.
Wouldn’t give me information about my father. Blocked my number so I had to use a friends phone /no caller ID to get in contact. I made a report to CoreCivic and Eden called me the next day to tell me he got transferred the day I MADE THE REPORT. Eden also gave me a fake number to someone “who would tell me more about my dad.” The number went straight to “Verizon Wireless user is out of service.” Or some bullshit.
