The “girls” who work here are catty, rude, immature and just mean. They give off the mean girl vibe. Management only cares about money and employ some nasty individuals. Save yourself and go somewhere where the staff will treat you right and actually listen and communicate properly. Rude front desk staff, poor management and mannerisms & stylists who are mediocre and treat Veterans in a military town disrespectfully. Came here to get services done by a stylist that was available or so I was told, long story short I was lectured about how the “said stylist” was running behind because of MY services. I left the salon feeling forced to leave due to the fact that I was being blamed for the stylist running behind. I left with hair dye on my forehead, my shirt ruined & in tears. I could not say more positive things about this place! I had such an amazing day at Eden Day Spa. Literally from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I received nothing but superior hospitality. I cannot recommend Eden Day Spa more!! I took my daughter for her first mani & pedi experience and all the staff was amazing with her!
My fiancé and I had our first couples spa night with facials and dinner, it was so relaxing and the facials were amazing!! Complimentary bottle of wine was a plus as well! Dinner was delicious! We definitely will be coming again, hopefully very soon!
We just left there and had an amazing couples massage and candle lit dinner. Every second that we were there was amazing! The staff was so kind and professional and the massages were perfection! Thank you for an amazing date night.
