COMPLAINT I went for a massage and while I was there I realize that one of the housekeepers was cleaning the bathroom next thing I see was the same woman cooking. I thought they had a cooked but I believe they don't. Isn't that disgusting?

nice atmosphere, good massage Eden Day Spa has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. I like all the greenery and the modern decor. I have been in a few times for massage. The massage is good, but like most businesses, employees come and go, and you may like one better than another. The first three reviews on this facility appear to be written by the same person - all on the same day. Some people are mean and just want to hurt others. The spa and the services are good. I wouldn't go to extremes by saying it was the best massage in... read more

SNEAKY CHARGES -- WATCH OUT Had one of my best massage there, but watch out for sneaky charges! I was charged $10 more than expected. I even had a printout of the price listed on their website but they said that it was outdated and that they had a miscommunication with their web designer. they said they can change price without notice. I still recommended this place to my neice b/c of the great massage and had same situation with the sneaky charges.

I LOVE this place! I went for the second time with friends and it was even BETTER than I remembered, and I thought I loved it the first time! The lava stone massage was out of this world. I had one elsewhere a few months ago, and it didn't even come close, so now I'm spoiled. I'd love to try some new treatments there, but I still have to always get the lava stone massage. The pedicures are great, too. Fun to sip champagne while you are being pampered. The staff all are extremely professional, do a wonderful job, and treat yo... read more

They Rock I have been to many spas before so I was excited to have a spa morning with my friend. The atmosphere seemed to try to hard to be something it was not. I waited for about 35 minutes till I was seen for my first treatment. The manicures and pedicures were good. The massage was horrible. I felt tense the whole time because the pressure instead of fluid movements. I felt that the lady giving the massage was very unprofessional. She felt like she was in a hurry, cared little about modesty and talked to me during the ma... read more

Tribeca spa Though a little stressful to go to a spa so close to my office, I had a great massage and facial. The changing area was a bit small and weird, but the waiting area was beautiful - open and candle lit. That was very relaxing. My massage was excellent - a Chinese woman who got absolutely every knot rubbed out. She was not particularly talkative or friendly, but I don't like to talk during my massages, so it suited me fine! (Note, my friend had a male masseur and felt a little uncomfortable with him, so you might wa... read more

Good You walk into this place and feel relaxed right away, it is a very calm atmosphere. I have gone there many times and keep going back for their facials. They are comparably priced to all other day spas but are far better than most I have been too. The staff is always great, very sweet and soft spoken. very willing to help and advise of services and will have snacks or drinks for you right away. If I had the time I would go in once a week, their spa pedicures are $40 but well worth it you are in there for like 1 1/2 hrs. ... read more

Massage The ambiance is very nice, but the staff is not especially attentive. No one showed me around my 1st visit there. I did not know that I had use of the steam room, etc. The massage was adequate, but at the end of the 45 minutes, the masseuse abruptly stopped, and said, "ok. Get dressed." She then turned around, and quickly left the room. I felt stressed & rushed again. It definitely didn't live up to the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

best value in the city maybe not the absolute best s[pa in the cit, but certainly very nice, very clean, very professional, and the prices are better than anything else of equal quality. They have a friendly staff and have very nice clean facilities. Great value.
