James Foord is the best lawyer I've ever dealt with. The way he fought for not 1, not 2.. 5 of my cases was absolutely incredible. Arson, mischief, uttering threats & the list goes on. He was able to get me discharged on all 5 separate cases. I thought 100% I'd be doing at least a year in prison with everything going on. James Foord is a likeable person and a great lawyer. Although, he can let you down when a lying, biased and incompetent doctor, Dr. Ahmed, is harassing you without a court order, twenty years after the fact. I must be receiving the longest sentence for a self-defence fight in North America. Meanwhile, I believe I am innocent. Mr. Foord and I never discussed the mens rea of the charge, which I believe I don’t meet the requirement. Furthermore, I didn’t get to explain how often I was repeatedly charged at. Mr. Foord is a great lawyer. Although, he wouldn’t argue against the lying, incompetent Dr. Ahmed. Furthermore, I always felt he was never in my corner. I was in a self defence fight which I believe I am innocent. Anyways, because of an incompetent and lying doctor I went to long term care for over ten years and over twenty years when you consider the lying doctor’s extrajudicial abuse…what cruel and unusual punishment for a self defence fight.
