Great service/support as a new customer. A couple years on when we went through the process of selling and buying again, I was passed around to multiple employees, had minimal communication, I was constantly following them up, didn't meet deadlines to secure finances for us and had a genuine feeling of being unwanted as a customer. Was forced to secure finances using another broker/bank. Wouldn't recommend.
