2 p.m. Tuesday, not a holiday, office is empty. Not returning my phone calls either.
You can never get ahold of anyone in the office. I was told I would be mailed papers that I need desperately to get a home for my child and i, only to never receive them. I'm extremely dissatisfied I've used this company for years but when you can't rely on them out of tax return season they are only after the money
Very rude people. They acted like they were disgusted to have to do my taxes. Will be doing H&R block from now on!
