Naturally, our sewer had to back up on a special night! I reached out to Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. and spoke with Marvin. I detailed the situation, mentioning that my Mom is a Hospice patient and we have nurses around. There was no way we could ask them to hold off on using the bathroom! I had a fantastic experience with Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. I called early in the morning and got to speak with a friendly person who scheduled a time between 8-10 am for someone to come out and clear a clogged sewer line. Roger arrived right at 8:40 am. He was very polite and knowledgeable, explaining the issue and the process thoroughly. Using their camera, he quickly identified the problem and used a snake to clear the blockage. Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. was highly recommended to me, and I’m really glad I reached out. We faced a sewer issue, and the estimate from the company sent by our home warranty was way too high to fix it (plus, the warranty wouldn't cover it).
