Eddie and everyone at Rapid mortgage made it happen for us! The turn around at less than 10 days was unbelievable! just when we had our all is lost moment Eddie and team at rapid mortgage picked us up and took care of us from start to finish Our overall total was also MUCH CHEAPER than previous attempt THANK YOU EDDIE AND CHELSEA!!!
This guy is the absolute worst - a condescending, ill-informed, misogynist…however his staff is AMAZING. They do most of the work, and I hope they find employment elsewhere. He held my paperwork hostage hours before closing and threatened to tear it up when I asked for clarification. I was in a different state, and I didn’t have final numbers until meeting with my local title company.
Rapid Mortgage made the home buying experience as quick as we possibly could. Eddie was available to answer any questions all throughout the process. Our house ha hot a few snags during the appraisal process, and Rapid Mortgage was there helping us through it all! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for home financing.
