I had a friend go there today, the lady was very rude to him. Told him he couldn't get any clothes and only gave him a couple of canned goods,a box of macaroni and cheese and a box of cereal. Pretty sad when a person swallows their pride and then gets treated like that!
Just came back from a visit to the Eddie Davis Community Center to deliver a grant check from the West Bancorporation Foundation. Vickie and Barbara Long gave us the grand tour. What great work they do down there! We were entertained by the best behaved, best looking, most polite and well spoken group of young people who were there for a summer program. I can't say enough about this organization!
