Eddie rescued our condo purchase! Our initial (big bank) lender backed out on the day we were supposed to close on our condo because it became ineligible for Fannie Mae mortgages. Eddie worked tirelessly through various issues with insurance companies, the HOA board, and multiple lenders and ultimately we were able to close on our home through a non-warrantable loan with a great interest rate.
