Eddie rescued our condo purchase! Our initial (big bank) lender backed out on the day we were supposed to close on our condo because it became ineligible for Fannie Mae mortgages. Eddie worked tirelessly through various issues with insurance companies, the HOA board, and multiple lenders and ultimately we were able to close on our home through a non-warrantable loan with a great interest rate. Eddie was a wonderful Broker to work with, his attention to detail and the way he walks you through the process from start to finish was very comforting for a first time buyer not knowing what to expect. always available to answer questions and is very knowledgeable about the many hurdles that may come in the process.
