They are going out of business and if you make a purchase, even if it was minutes later, you're stuck with it - NO RETURNS! Glad to see them gone - buh-bye!!!
Good deals most of the time. Staff are helpful. Unfortunately the quality of clothing has declined over the years. The Eddie Bauer clothing I purchased many years ago was much better. I've been looking for an alternative brand I like as much but not successful to date.
Had a lousy experience with the guy at check out. Had my friends adventure reward, he entered the number once & said it didn't work and I couldn't use it. He was rude and not helpful. I explained that the reward was current, but he wouldn't try putting it in again. Horrible place to spend my money so I left & spent my money elsewhere.
Great store good stock, Courtney was super friendly and helpful. Great customer service
