Had a lousy experience with the guy at check out. Had my friends adventure reward, he entered the number once & said it didn't work and I couldn't use it. He was rude and not helpful. I explained that the reward was current, but he wouldn't try putting it in again. Horrible place to spend my money so I left & spent my money elsewhere.

Whether intentional or unintentional, I still don't know, but the Eddie Bauer sales clerk ran our gift card of $75, and then said that it didn't work. We clearly saw the total on the register go down by $75. She then ran the card again, and said it had a zero balance. Go figure. We didn't understand what was happening, so we paid the full amount, and left the store. We contacted customer service, but they wouldn't take our complaint seriously, and after several attempts to get them to look at this, I have given up. Likely I ... read more
